[doc] Use consistent spelling/capitalization of names
Consistently use the following spelling for document formats,
programming languages, and names:
- Markdown
- Hjson
- JSON
- Verilog
- HTML
- GitHub
- CSS
- Python
Also avoid abbreviations:
- repo -> repository
