build: add a build-time check the builtins bundle fits Check the size of the constructed cpio archive against the space allocated to hold it at boot. This potentially avoids confusion if the boot process does something stupid (e.g. like Renode blindly loading a file). Change-Id: Ib4bc451bd5822ddf3ab3e06f6c0aaaeffae11d63
