Integrate LLVM to llvm/llvm-project@03ddfac14e84 (#25082) IREE has been adapted to the LLVM API changes (assisted by Claude Code, manually reviewed): Adaption in iree-tblgen source to definitions being a list of definitions after 80017ba18d8c TableGen: Store classes and defs in a StringMap (#231573). Adaption to new header for arith::populateCeilFloorDivExpandOpsPatterns after 076bd55e20d9 [mlir][Arith] Move ceil/floor div expansion to Conversion/ArithCommon. NFC (#231064). Support xnack on/off for ROCM gfx125x, following 05e432a8597f [AMDGPU] Support xnack on/off on gfx125x (#232080). Remove the workaround that always turns off XNACK for gfx1250. IREE (Intermediate Representation Execution Environment, pronounced as “eerie”) is an MLIR-based end-to-end compiler and runtime that lowers Machine Learning (ML) models to a unified IR that scales up to meet the needs of the datacenter and down to satisfy the constraints and special considerations of mobile and edge deployments.
