[kmac] Remove the kmac_en_i condition `en_kmac_datapath` covers the kmac_en_i as `en_kmac_datapath` is asserted in StKey state and following states. Those states could be moved only when kmac_en_i is 1. Signed-off-by: Eunchan Kim <eunchan@opentitan.org>
OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
