[dv/otp] Add more token checkings for `otp_lc_data_o` signal This PR is an enhancement to current design change that adds three valid signals in `otp_lc_data_o` output. This PR adds the corresponding checkings for these valid signals and tokens. Signed-off-by: Cindy Chen <chencindy@opentitan.org>
OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project.
