[sw/silicon_creator] Fix KMAC entropy config for keymgr functest

Despite a comment saying KMAC was configured to use software entropy,
it was actually using idle_mode (reset configuration). However, the sole
purpose of this mode is to enable ROM ctrl right after coming out of
reset. No reseeding is happening and the PRNG is not advanced in this
mode. It thus shouldn't be used after ROM ctrl has finished.

This commit changes the configuration to indeed reseed the PRNG with
entropy provided by software. In addition, message masking is switched
on to reduce potential SCA leakage.

About the project

OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. OpenTitan will make the silicon RoT design and implementation more transparent, trustworthy, and secure for enterprises, platform providers, and chip manufacturers. OpenTitan is administered by lowRISC CIC as a collaborative project to produce high quality, open IP for instantiation as a full-featured product. About this repository

This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
