[otbn,dv] Alter ISS to match RTL for BN.MOVR double errors This is the same logic as the previous commit: we can underflow the call stack with one operand but still have a valid (but illegal) value in the other operand. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
