[otbn,dv] Fix Non-Spec Coverage Point in BN.XID This commit removes coverage points for misaligned offsets since it is specified in the ISA that the first 5-bits of the offset operand would always be 0 for BN.LID and BN.SID instructions. Signed-off-by: Canberk Topal <ctopal@lowrisc.org>
OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
