[dv, flash_ctrl] Reduce the smoke test runtime In this commit, we limit the number of flash transactions done in each round to 4 (down from 15), and the number of rounds to 2 (down from 5). OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
