[silicon_creator] Ensure OTBN is idle before writes/commands. Adjust the silicon_creator OTBN driver to add a blocking check that OTBN is idle and call this before loading applciations. Since OTBN now performs a secure wipe after coming out of reset, this check is needed to ensure mask ROM code waits for the secure wipe to finish. Signed-off-by: Jade Philipoom <jadep@google.com>
OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
