[otp_ctrl] Add missing unlock action to life cycle partition The life cycle partition did not properly unlock the buffer regs before, and since the unlock signal also determines the init_done signal, it looked like the life cycle partition never really initialized (although it actually did). OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
