[csrng/rtl] only two values for field enable For a 4 bit field, only values of 0xa and 0x5 will take effect. Added a recoverable alert signal for other field enable values, and a status register. Signed-off-by: Mark Branstad <mark.branstad@wdc.com>
OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project.
