doc(chip): Revise testplan to cover any sleep modes. To cover `chip_sw_random_sleep_pin_wake` test, the `chip_sw_sleep_pin_wake` covers normal sleep mode too. This commit revises the testplan to mention the deep/ normal sleep states. Signed-off-by: Eli Kim <eli@opentitan.org>
OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
