[padring/rtl] packed array index fix 1. Fix a small typo on Mio from Dio 2. Fix packed array index. In current line: we do parameter logic [1:0][NMioPads-1:0] MioPadVariant In line 109, when we actually index MioPadVariant[k], we are indexing the first one `[1:0]` rather than `[NMioPads-1:0]. OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
