[sw] Enable --ffunction-sections and --gc-sections options The --ffunction-sections option places each function into its own section while the linker option --gc-sections causes the linker to delete any unreachable symbols. In combination they can signficantly reduce the size of the final executable binary. Removes approximately 4KiB of unused symbols from the mask ROM. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
