[dv/sram] add address comparison function in SCB this minor patch updates how the scoreboard does address comparisons in case of read-after-write hazards to handle data forwarding. we add a function to properly mask off the address widths and compare, which allows for better reuse in the scoreboard if needed. OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
