[otbn, dv] Write an initial DV plan for OTBN This describes a testbench that doesn't exist yet, so there will probably be changes. One obvious question is the number of agents needed: for now, I've described just one called "otbn_agent", but I'd be surprised if that's the final answer. There is also an open question about how the testbench will get instruction streams to load, but I think it probably makes the most sense to try implementing that and document what we've built after the fact. Finally, neither a list of test sequences nor a list of coverage points is defined: these will be addressed by a testplan and an initial list of coverage points in future commits. OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. OpenTitan will make the silicon RoT design and implementation more transparent, trustworthy, and secure for enterprises, platform providers, and chip manufacturers. OpenTitan is administered by lowRISC CIC as a collaborative project to produce high quality, open IP for instantiation as a full-featured product. See the OpenTitan site and OpenTitan docs for more information about the project.
This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
The project contains comprehensive documentation of all IPs and tools. You can access it online at docs.opentitan.org.
