[top] Change otp_hw_cfg struct field breakout connections This changes how the individual OTP HW CFG struct fields are broken out in the top-level. Specifically, instead of importing the entire partitition struct into each consumer IP, only the bits used within an IP are actually connected to that IP. This requires some additional manual connections in the top-level template, since the topgen/intersig does not yet support individual struct field connections. OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. OpenTitan will make the silicon RoT design and implementation more transparent, trustworthy, and secure for enterprises, platform providers, and chip manufacturers. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
