[dif/clkmgr] Add autogen'd DIF artifacts for clkmgr. This partially addresses #8142, by checking-in auto-generated DIF typedefs. Some things to note: - The there are no IRQs associated with the clkmgr IP block, but there are **alerts**. In the near future, alert-related DIFs will be autogenerated and rely on the supporting autogenerated typedefs in this commit. - These auto-generated DIF components are **not** yet integrated into the source tree. This continues the longer term goal of completely auto-generating some of the DIFs, as described in #8142. Signed-off-by: Timothy Trippel <ttrippel@google.com>
OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. OpenTitan will make the silicon RoT design and implementation more transparent, trustworthy, and secure for enterprises, platform providers, and chip manufacturers. OpenTitan is administered by lowRISC CIC as a collaborative project to produce high quality, open IP for instantiation as a full-featured product. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
