[pulp-dbg] Pull to latest pulp debug and patch - instead of using pulp-debug's clearable cdc element, we simply synchronize the trst_n into the core domain. - this should be sufficient for our usecase since the timing of trst_n should be well controlled from a tester perspective, and we do not in this case need to worry about a reset mid-transaction which then recovers. OpenTitan is an open source silicon Root of Trust (RoT) project. This repository contains hardware, software and utilities written as part of the OpenTitan project. It is structured as monolithic repository, or “monorepo”, where all components live in one repository. It exists to enable collaboration across partners participating in the OpenTitan project.
