Adding a new function to print floats without external deps It's not super configurable, but it should do the job for now. Not really suitable for use in production. Doesn't rely on any external library functions. Also fixed a minor unsigned int / uint32_t type bug. Change-Id: Ida0f6deddbde18fa792c3bf363c0e285c693c96b
