sim/config: Virtualize WMMU addresses.

Moves the WMMU to start at 0x8000_0000.
Addresses for simprint need to be translated to the physical address.

Also:
* remove incorrect permissions check
* add cpu2 to gdb.
* clear translation cache after pausing, to fix b/240701689
