Change the paths in the `hps.resc` to be relative to the `${ROOTDIR}`

Didn't suceed in reproducing the problem with relative paths outside of the spacebeaker. Later attempts to reproduce it in the clean clone were as unsuccessful as well.
Is it possible that after running the `m clean` some parts of the project were not clean?
If you have any further troubles with this, please let me know the error and I will try to reproduce it again.
