  "message": "build: separate per-platform build artifacts\n\nMove build per-platform artifacts to be entirely under $CANTRIP_OUT_DIR\nand make each platform\u0027s sim.mk \u0026 sim_sel4test.mk more consistent.\n\nSpecific changes:\n- add EXT_BUILTINS_{DEBUG, RELEASE} for the constructed builtins bundle\n  which is moved to $CANTRIP_OUT_DIR\n- move the \"tmp\" directory used to construct bundles under $CANTRIP_OUT_DIR\n- change sel4test out directories to use platform instead of target arch\n- use make targets for dependencies instead of pathnames to artifacts\n  (this simplifies direct building of artifacts)\n- fix minisel targets\n- use make shell operations to dredge platforms.camkes for cpio parameters\n- cleanup/rewrite rpi3 sim.mk\n\nTested all {shodan,nexus,rpi3} sim targets (several had bitrot\u0027d).\n\nShodan \u0026 nexus sim_sel4test.mk are now identical; leaving a copy for now.\n\nBug: 293296515\n\nChange-Id: I29b431555f0a142b753afa2d8bde4a46447f7a41\n",
