Move QEMU tests to `make test` from the Travis config.\n\nI also fixed an issue in test-runner where it breaks console echo. I don\u0027t fully understand why, but I needed to set QEMU\u0027s stdin to null rather than test-runner\u0027s stdin to avoid breaking console echo.\n\nThis should fix https://github.com/tock/libtock-rs/issues/198\n",
