Switch to testing the riscv target that can be tested with qemu. (#2035) BUG=http://b/286622884
TensorFlow Lite for Microcontrollers is a port of TensorFlow Lite designed to run machine learning models on DSPs, microcontrollers and other devices with limited memory.
