Update CMSIS-NN download SHA-1 (#2563) The latest CMSIS-NN adds MVE support for int4 convolution, depthwise and fully connected. BUG=just updating to latest
TensorFlow Lite for Microcontrollers is a port of TensorFlow Lite designed to run machine learning models on DSPs, microcontrollers and other devices with limited memory.
