The initial\nautomation runs on pull requests and issues created by first-time\ncontributors.\n\nThis introduces an expectation for first-time contributors to\nacknowledge the project policies through an explicit comment.\n\nThe workflow setup and CLI menu has been assisted by Codex and fully\nreviewed.
