Removing the need for the ririririri fields in vmvx arg structs. (#9753) This gets us to a single declaration of the argument fields. This gets us closer to what the vm.import-generated stuff will look like. I think there's still some simplification that can be done here by reusing the cconv signature declared on the structs to provide the full cconv signature for the EXPORT_FN decls but I didn't try to do that here.

IREE is still in its early phase. We have settled down on the overarching infrastructure and are actively improving various software components as well as project logistics. It is still quite far from ready for everyday use and is made available without any support at the moment. With that said, we welcome any kind of feedback on any communication channels!
