"message": "[Bazel] use execution paths for genrule inputs (#24981)\n\nIREE\u0027s shared genrule definitions use rootpath for source files and\nexecpath for generated files so CMake can distinguish source and build\ndirectories. In Bazel, however, rootpath describes runtime runfiles\npaths, which break external IREE builds without legacy runfiles.\nTranslate these to execpath in the Bazel macro so build actions can\nlocate their inputs. Existing standalone IREE rules and CMake behavior\nremain unchanged.\n\nAssisted By: GPT-6-Astra",
