It depends on\r\nthe existing `cmake-build-runtime` pipeline, demonstrating how to\r\nconstruct such a dependency. This was not quite as ergonomic as I would\r\nlike: in particular passing around all the right meta-data for fetching\r\nartifacts. I\u0027m going to fiddle with that some more.",
