(#16170)\n\nChanges:\r\n\r\n* Input dialects \u0027iree\u0027, \u0027tensor\u0027 -\u003e \u0027arith\u0027, \u0027linalg\u0027 (Could revert\r\nthis or pick other dialects, I like anchoring on `linalg` though)\r\n* Drop `iree-*-trace` tools (see\r\nhttps://github.com/openxla/iree/pull/16134)\r\n* Switch \"Java\" bindings for \"Rust\" (Java bindings are\r\nold/state/unmaintained and unofficial Rust bindings exist)\r\n\r\nOther ideas:\r\n\r\n* Could mention modules like \u0027io\u0027\r\n(https://github.com/openxla/iree/tree/main/runtime/src/iree/modules)\r\n* Could include more ecosystem projects in the \"IREE Importers\" section,\r\nlike JAX PJRT, PyTorch SHARK-Turbine, and StableHLO\r\n* Could include more device code generation targets (AMD AIE)\r\n* Maybe touch on AOT and JIT uses somehow\r\n\r\nExport in dark mode was actually fine. No need to change settings beyond\r\nthe dark mode toggle.",
