  "message": "Removing iree/base/logging.h. (#9605)\n\nBesides a few random spots it cropped up in the runtime/python bindings\r\nthe C++ logging code was only used in tests and tools where the\r\nfeatures provided for verbosity control aren\u0027t meaningful. Instead of\r\nporting it all to C I\u0027ve just gone and deleted it -\r\n`fprintf(stderr)`/`std::cerr` is almost always what\u0027s wanted instead\r\nand is much simpler to understand. As a library we try not to have any\r\nlog spew, tests can use gtest logging, and the tools are almost all\r\nLLVM-based and use the logging functionality already available in\r\nthat world.\r\n\r\nFixes #2843.",
