  "message": "Script to update to llvm syncpoint (#3155)\n\nRather than updating TF to HEAD and updating the LLVM commit to match,\r\nthis script uses the LLVM commit as a synchronization point, which is\r\nmore in keeping with our current setup (we\u0027ve had the LLVM update\r\nfeature turned off for a while now anyway).\r\n\r\nThis will later expand to other repositories that synchronize with LLVM\r\n(mlir-hlo, llvm-bazel, etc.). I\u0027m holding off on generalizing the script\r\nmuch until we have those use cases, so the TF stuff is pretty hardcoded.\r\n\r\nHere\u0027s an example TF PR from the script:\r\nhttps://github.com/google/iree/pull/3154",
