  "message": "[Codegen] Create the temp DispatchConfigOp with FromSliceOp. (#24037)\n\nThere are cases that pipeline tests do not have dispatch_config op, and\nthey currently rely on ReconcileTranslationInfo to insert the dumb\nDispatchConfigOp. `{c1, c1, c1}` is NOT a solid fallback, so the\nrevision makes it returns the result of FromSliceOp instead.\n\nThe revision also fixes a pipeline test for CPU, so the resolve hints\npass can map the block arguments to ordinal ops correctly.\n\nSigned-off-by: hanhanW \u003chanhan0912@gmail.com\u003e",
