  "message": "Switch first test to check framework\n\nA demo of what this looks like. I\u0027ll switch the rest of the tests over in bigger chunks, but wanted to get this out quickly. New tests should be written in this way. After most are switched over I\u0027ll invert the glob and exclude in the BUILD file.\n\nI did an exact equal instead of almost equal because I figured reverse isn\u0027t actually doing any math, so it should be preserving the values exactly, but I can switch it.\n\nIncludes adding support for glob exclusions in bazel_to_cmake.\n\nPart of https://github.com/google/iree/issues/1308\n\nCloses https://github.com/google/iree/pull/1337\n\nPiperOrigin-RevId: 304282768\n",
