(#7269)\n\nThe existing behavior was causing binding lookups to happen in inner\r\nloops whenever it triggered.\r\n\r\nThis would have been handled by CSE but we have MemAlloc tagged on\r\nhal.interface.binding.subspan so it\u0027s not moved/deduped. If we fix that\r\nthen this could be removed.",
