"message": "Adding min/max VM ops and VM buffer allocation alignment. (#12522)\n\nOps for i32/i64/f32 variants of min/max have been added to avoid\r\nemulated compare + select sequences and `vm.buffer.alloc` (and\r\n`vm.buffer.clone`) have gained an alignment parameter that\u0027s been on the\r\nbacklog for ages: now we properly pass alignment all the way from\r\nmemref/util.buffer down to the `iree_vm_buffer_*` allocation calls.\r\n\r\nThis also fixes some missing `vm.round.f32` disassembly support and\r\ntests that weren\u0027t added when the op was.\r\n\r\nThis breaks binary compatibility due to the buffer alloc encoding\r\nchanges.\r\nFixes #9165.",
