  "message": "Switch iree-org fork submodules to a neutral location. (#14966)\n\nI\u0027ve set up a new org and forks for our key submodules to get us past\r\naccess being orphaned in the original org (which has lost administrative\r\nsupport for managing membership).\r\n\r\nDetails in the README.\r\n\r\nI\u0027ve already updated the submodules in the outstanding integrate #14941.\r\n\r\nPeople will need to run `git submodule sync` and I\u0027m sure we\u0027ll get\r\nrandom requests for assistance about inability to update submodules due\r\nto this.\r\n\r\nI\u0027ve sent invitations to all active project members I could find (37\r\noutstanding right now).
