(#16415)\n\n* Capture output in test fixtures.\r\n* If compilation or execution fails, this will dump stdout/stderr from\r\n`iree-compile` or `iree-run-module` to the logs.\r\n  * The formatting isn\u0027t pretty,  but the output may help with triage.\r\n* Include full (short) summary reports at the end of pytest output.\r\n* I find it very useful to see which tests ran - both passing and\r\nfailing.
