  "message": "[dv/kmac] Fix kmac errors sequence\n\nThis PR mainly fixes kmac\u0027s ErrSwIssuedCmdInAppActive error.\n1). In sequence, there are cases that we did not have enough time to\n  inject error, then we need to mark a local flag to not expect any\n  error interrupt.\n2). ErrSwIssuedCmdInAppActive happens when configured in App mode, so\n  remove the condition to have command `start`.\n3).
